Silvia Dei Rossi, Ph.D., brings over 24 years of Montessori teaching experience to her work as the Founder and Executive Director of Cosmic Montessori School, an international Education for Life community. She earned her Master’s degree in Business Economics and holds Montessori certifications for children from birth through six years of age, with teaching experience spanning Infant & Toddler, Preschool, and Kindergarten programs.

Driven by a deep commitment to child development and educational leadership, Silvia completed her Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership at The Chicago School. Her dissertation, Learning From the Experience of School Leaders through Descriptive Phenomenology: An Overview of the Adaptive Responses of Educational Leadership With a Focus on the Lived Experiences, explored the lived experiences of educational leaders and the ways they navigate complexity, change, and adaptive leadership within schools.

Throughout her career, Silvia has carried her passion for Montessori education into the international community as a workshop presenter for schools and educational conventions across the United States, a teacher trainer, parent educator, and lab school teacher. Her work in early childhood education has also led her abroad to Italy, England, Malaysia, and Indonesia, where she participated in international academic exchanges focused on child development and Montessori education.

Silvia’s vision for Cosmic Montessori School is rooted in creating an authentic educational environment where children are respected as capable individuals and are guided toward developing independence, confidence, curiosity, and their fullest human potential.
