Ms. Hanane joined Cosmic Montessori School in 2012 as a Lead Directress in the Toddler Classroom. Two years later, she successfully launched a new Primary (3–6) classroom to support the needs of the school’s growing community. With many years of experience in Montessori education, she has served as a lead bilingual teacher and is fluent in both English and French, bringing warmth, dedication, and a global perspective to her work with children and families.

Ms. Hanane holds a bachelor’s degree in French Literature, a certification in Cosmetology from Bell Mar Beauty College, and a Montessori certification for ages 3–6 from the North American Montessori Center. She further expanded her leadership expertise by completing a Whole School Leadership Program, earning her AMI Montessori Leadership Certificate in October, 2025.

After years of dedicated service in the classroom, Ms. Hanane transitioned into school leadership in 2019 as Assistant Director. In this role, she supports daily school operations, faculty development, and family engagement while helping ensure the school’s Montessori mission is reflected in every aspect of the community. She also serves as Director of Admissions, where she warmly guides prospective families through the enrollment process, helping them discover and connect with the unique values of the Cosmic Montessori experience.

Originally from Morocco, Ms. Hanane lives in Aurora with her husband, Khalid, and has two sons, Adam and Samy. Her passion for education, leadership, and community-building continues to make a lasting impact on students, families, and staff alike.
